Zenergija celebrates the 8th of March!

This year, for the celebration of International Women's Day, the day of /working/ women, Zene na delu prepare an event that aims to remind us all of the origins of this important Day but from our, intimate, point of view. Having in mind that in most of the countries this Day is marked as top consumerist event that had completely lost its political edge and message, for years now we are trying to re-redefine it and bring it back to its origins. And this year as well.

But we need your help this time!

As always we would like to include plural opinions and thoughts from our colleagues world wide so we ask you to answer this simple, yet complexed, question:

What is the 8th of March for you today?

We invite you to record yourself answering this question via mobile, photo camera or video camera and upload the video on our web site

It should last approximately 30 seconds and be of maximum 30 MB.
Deadline for sending videos is Februar 28th (the end of month).

We would gather your answer in joint video presentation that would be shown on the 8th of March in Belgrade in clutural center REX.

The video would be available to you on our web site (we would send you the notice) together with other material we are preparing for this celebration.

Ženergija proslava 8. marta!

Ove godine, za 8. mart, Međunarodni dan /radnih/ žena, Žene na delu pripremaju proslavu koja treba da nas podseti na izvore ovog važnog praznika ali iz naše intimne vizure. Imajući u vidu da je u mnogim zemljama ovaj praznik zapravo postao vrhunski konzumeristički događaj koji je potpuno izgubio svoju političku poruku i oštricu, mi već godinama pokušavamo da ga re-redefinišemo i vratimo izvornoj poruci. Tako I ove godine.

Ali ovoga puta nam je potrebna I tvoja pomoć!

Kao I uvek, želimo da uključimo što više mišljenja I stavova naših koleginica iz celog sveta, pa te zato molimo da nam odgovoriš na jednostavno, ali I kompleksno pitanje:

Tvoj odgovor ćemo zajedno sa ostalim pristiglim snimcima uključiti u zajedničku video prezentaciju koja će biti prikazana 8. marta u kulturnom centru REX u Beogradu.

Video će biti dostupan I na našem sajtu (poslaćemo obaveštenje) zajedno sa ostalim materijalom koji pripremamo za ovu proslavu.
